Hi,
My name is Soren Breiting and I am a Dane living north of Copenhagen in Denmark. As I have many activities not only in Denmark but related to many other countries I will use this blog to give updates of my activities, large and small, even very small for whoever might be interested. – Not that much interested in me as a person, but interested in the fields of my activities.
As I might be called one of those ‘octopuses’ that are working on too many and too diverse activities this blog might appeal to a number of readers.
Originally trained as a Biologist I have shown an genuine interest in nature and the environment since childhood, growing up in Frederikssund of the province of Denmark with easy access to forests, the fjord, lakes and open country. Since childhood observations of birds and other creatures of nature has been very stimulating for me. This interest draw me into photography and I have been working with photography ever since then.
Since 1975 I have been working as an associate professor at what is now a part of University of Aarhus, but placed in Copenhagen as the Danish School of Education.
Since the Internet was firmly established I have devoted all too much time – my wife will tell – working with online activities including a great number of my own websites.

as I have travelled a lot and continue travelling.

And
even my photo diary has never taken the active shape I expected it to do.
So I guess I will have enough to bring as future blog posts in this blog, called SORENs.org .
